If architecture and fountains are more of your thing, checking out the Frauenkirche and the Hauptmarkt are not to be missed. The Roman Catholic Frauenkirche is a must-see Gothic landmark and the Hauptmarkt has the famous Old Town Hall and is the venue for the famous Christmas Market.
If you are planning on visiting Furth during your stay, the Schloss Burgfarrnbach is a neo-classical castle that is home to 35,000 volumes of books, some of which date back to the late 15th-Century while the archives date back to the mid 13th-Century.
